Your .0x Username is a unique social identity handle that links to your decentralized wallets it provides a way for you to easily share a way for someone to connect with you and send tokens or messages to you across chain.

Think of how easy it is to send an email rather than having to remember the IP address of all your contacts you simply remember or save their email addresses. Trustware provides the same but for web3 and decentralized wallets.
